As a boutique business, we are able to put people first. It starts with the people who work with us. The fact that we do not have megalomaniac offices ensures that everyone within the company knows each other. This creates a strong bond and an optimum cooperation between our employees. All this enables us to guarantee the best service to our customer. From our offices around the world we provide high level services with a personal approach as if we are just around the corner.

 

We realize that we work in an industry where money and profit play an important role. Corpag facilitates this for its customers, and we do that well. For us, however, making as much profit as possible is not our primary goal. We consider ourselves successful when we make a sustainable contribution to the world and the people around us. We want to have an impact on the world in which we work. This is not an empty marketing slogan but a firm promise reflected in our Corpag Curiosity program.

“Before I came to Amsterdam, I’ve worked for a Scottish boutique law firm who pride themselves on excellent service. Whilst looking for job opportunities in The Netherlands I learned about Corpag, which seemed to have the same values as I was used to. Decided to move from Curacao to the United States in 2015. Henny was eager to take the opportunity to work at the Corpag office in Miami and later became Director.

 

“Before I got my current position I was already familiar with the reputable company Corpag. After working as a tax advisor in Curacao I was eager to start as relationship manager for the company’s office in Miami. Since then I have developed myself further and became Director. Being a boutique firm, I personally manage my clients’ portfolios. This personal approach ensures that every client feels truly appreciated and receives all the focus and attention they deserve.

 

In addition to my managing role, I am in charge of FACTA services for the company. Working for Corpag gave me the valuable opportunity to gain extensive knowledge and understanding of the US tax system. On a personal level my work put me in the fortunate position to build a network of great professionals in the area.”

“During my MBA I first heard about Corpag, when meeting an employee of the company who was doing an executive MBA at the same university. The personal approach and the international clientele triggered me to work for Corpag. On top of that, the idea to live and work for a number of years in the Caribbean, didn’t sound like a bad one. Now, more than a decade later, I’m happy to put all my energy in protecting our mission whilst putting Corpag’s money where our mouth is: Investing in the growth of people within ánd around the company.

 

In the last years I’ve learned how to deal with different cultures by working with colleagues from five different continents. Brazilian - Working with Corpag since 2012 - Study: Business Administration, MBA, Law

Was a client of Corpag himself before he decided to join the office in Brazil. Norberto took over the management of the Brazilian office in 2012.

 

“Until I joined Corpag I’ve always worked for bigger size companies, which I perceived to be better organized / a better place to be. In Miami I became friends with two people from Corpag on STEP meetings and networking events. The big advantage to be part of the Corpag team is simple: no politics. Also, in a flat organisation it’s way easier to get things done and to see the extent of your capabilities and productivity. Over the last years the Brazilian office grew a lot in personal and in volume of business. Together with the team we conveyed our experience and showed we had all it took to be a regarded player in the market.
